1. We are a mobile service! We understand that we are entering your environment, please allow for a clear environment for the therapist’s equipment. Please no small children during the session and please put pets away.
  2. Clients above the first-floor level will not be accepted unless your elevator is accessible or provide your own massage table.
  3. When booking Individual Lymphatic Drainage care requires 50% deposit at the time of booking for individual services. 25% deposit is required for packages. The full balance must be paid the day of the appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  4. Reschedule or Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to treatments
  5. One or cancellations or rescheduling will lose the deposit and require an additional deposit
  6. The same day or No call/no show will be charged for the full amount of service. Package clients will lose appointments without notice of the need to reschedule.
  7. Mobile visits are based on location. Requests for services outside of the coverage area will be considered on a per-client basis but additional fees may apply if the schedule permits.
  8. All services are final.
