Procedure
- We are a mobile service! We understand that we are entering your environment, please allow for a clear environment for the therapist’s equipment. Please no small children during the session and please put pets away.
- Clients above the first-floor level will not be accepted unless your elevator is accessible or provide your own massage table.
- When booking Individual Lymphatic Drainage care requires 50% deposit at the time of booking for individual services. 25% deposit is required for packages. The full balance must be paid the day of the appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Reschedule or Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to treatments
- One or cancellations or rescheduling will lose the deposit and require an additional deposit
- The same day or No call/no show will be charged for the full amount of service. Package clients will lose appointments without notice of the need to reschedule.
- Mobile visits are based on location. Requests for services outside of the coverage area will be considered on a per-client basis but additional fees may apply if the schedule permits.
- All services are final.
